Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You are guaranteed your bounce at time of booking. Once we have your information we will not book that bounce to any one else without a cancellation. Cancellations close to the time of your party cause us to loose business and leave other customers unable to get the bounce and time slot that they desire.

Cancellations can be taken up to 10 days before your party without penalty. There will be a $75 cancellation fee per item 3-9 days before the event. You will be charged half of the rental price for cancellations within 48 hours of the event. You will be charged full price for cancellations within 24 hours.

Q: How far ahead should I book my moon bounce?
A: To guarantee the bounce you want, it is better to book 3-4 weeks in advance. You can call as little as 48 hours before your party. If we have a bounce available, we will bring it to you. Remember, the earlier you book, the better chance of getting what you and your kid(s) want.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: If it rains, we cannot put the bounce up. We also cannot set the bounce up in high winds exceeding 15mph. It's state regulations. We do however only accept a rain cancellation 24 hours in advance. Most people will wait it out and see what it's like the morning of the party. There is no charge or fees for a rain cancellation. We do watch the radar and weather all the time. If it looks bad, we will call you first thing in the morning.

Q: Do you require deposits?
A: We do not require deposits. We will however ask for a number to keep on file. Trust us, you will not see a charge unless you cancel last minute, or tell us to charge the bounce to it.

Q: How do we pay for the rental?
A: We accept cash, check and credit card. Cash and checks will only be accepted the day of delivery. However, there is a $10 fee to use a credit card ahead of time. We ask that the cash or check be ready upon arrival. We will not begin setting up unless it's signed and paid for.

Q: When will my bounce be set up?
A: We guarantee that your bounce will be set up in time for your party. However, on busy days, we will more than likely arrive up to an hour ahead of time. It also gives your kid(s) a chance to bounce around and have fun before everyone shows.

Q: What if you get there and the bounce does not fit?
A: The size dimensions are posted on the "bounces" page. Please also pay attention to overhead clearance. If for any reason, the bounce does not fit in your yard, Fun 4 Kids will only refund up to half of the rental price. So please, make sure your yard is big enough.

Q: What kind of space do we need?
A: The bounce sizes are on the "Bounces" page. For a typical bounce, you will need a 16'x16' area. However, the bounces should be kept clear of tree branches, and it will NEVER be set up under power lines. It MUST be at least 10ft from power lines.

Q: Does silly string really damage it?
A: YES! Any silly string that gets on the bounce will ruin it. It will then need to be paid for at cost.
